How fast do you run ?
We cater for all abilities, and normally have three or four groups running on a Wednesday at various distances and pace. These are generally runs of 6 to 7 miles (around 10k to 12k) at around 8-8:30 minute mile pace or 9-9:30 minute mile pace and runs of between 3 (5k) to 5 miles (8k) at around 10-11 minute mile pace.
All groups will always stop at certain intervals or do run backs to re-group so no one gets left behind.
The Beginners Group normally start off with run, walk sessions and progress over ten weeks to run 5k (3.1 miles). Anyone from the Beginners Group that decide to join the club we do a post-beginners progression run as part of the Wednesday night groups.
