Cross Country
The club competes in the Manchester Area Cross Country League series, and also at County, Northern and National levels
The races are normally held between October and February, and all the events are advertised on the website, forums, noticeboard and lately in the Newsletter.
Runners of all standards are encouraged to take part in the events. The races are a great team event, and great training.
A season of Cross Country will leave you a stronger and better runner in the spring.

Manchester Area Cross Country League
The Swinton Running Club compete in the Manchester Area series of Cross Country Races.
The series consists of 5 Cross Country races in and around the Greater Manchester area.
