The second race in this years Jubilee Road Race Series.
Also just before the main race is the second race in the Juniors Series. Entry Details Fifth race in both the Club Championships and Central Lancashire Grand Prix series.
The race is a 5K around the trail near the Three Sisters Race Course. Entry details and course details Wednesday 18th May see's the fourth race in this years Central Lancashire Grand Prix Series and also the fourth race in our own Club Championships.
Burnden are hosting the first round of this years Interclub Challenge between Swinton, A&T and Burnden.
The challenge will be a 2 mile relay event along the trails near Anglezarke. Three members per team. The race starts at 7:30pm prompt, and we need to be there around 7:00pm so Steve Doxey can finalise the teams. Meeting at the bottom of Anglezarke car park which is at the junction of Moor Rd and Parson's Bullough Rd @53.639215,-2.575581 The course will be approx 2 mile in length. All standards of runners are encouraged to take part in this friendly event. After the race it's back to The Rivington Bowling Club, Horrobin Lane, Horwich BL6 7SE for refreshments, whilst the results are worked out. (there will be a voluntary contribution for the food, so please bring along a couple of pounds) Sorry but this event is only open to members of the three competing clubs. Sorry, because of the Inter Club Challenge there are no Beginners Group or Pack Runs from the Club this Wednesday.
The City West MAD Run is on Sunday 19th May 2013.
