Our Weekly Training Sessions
All of our sessions are planned and hosted by our UK Athletics qualified Coaches and Run Leaders and cater for all abilities

Track Session
Intervals of various distances with a rest in between |
Cleavley Athletic Track, Blantyre Street, Winton, Eccles, Manchester, M30 8HY
We meet at the top of the track near the Javelin runway. |
In the Spring/Summer months (April to September) the track sessions are every week. In the Autumn/Winter months (October to March) we alternate the track sessions with hill sessions from the club.
Details of the Monday track session are usually published on our Facebook group page beforehand. There is a £2.00 fee for Track Sessions as this is a leisure facility owned by the local authority. |

Speed or Hill Session
Speed or Hill Session with rep/circuits from 150 to 700 metres on local roads and footpaths. |

Wednesday 7:30pm

Group / Social Runs
Group / Social Runs to suit all abilities. Various distances from 3 miles (5k) to 7 miles (12k) |

A good night for newcomers.
During the summer months, we try and tend to run mostly off road on local trail routes. Some members will publish details of running routes for the Wednesday sessions on our Facebook group page beforehand. |
During the winter months, please ensure that car drivers can see you, wear reflective clothing and/or lights, and at all times please abide by the normal rules of the road.
Club Coaches
The coaches are qualified and registered with the appropriate athletics administrators.
Coaching levels range from the "Leadership in Running Fitness" up to the "Club Coach Level 3"
We are always willing to support members who wish to train to become qualified coaches. If you are interested please talk to any Committee Member for more details.
